Mindfulness for Stress
Mindfulness for Stress, this course is designed for people whose commitments make weekly attendance impossible.
January is the time when everyone is looking at physical fitness, why not add in some brain training, improve your focus, concentration, stamina at the same time
as learning what you might need to change to make the most of your life.
The course runs over an 8 week period but we only meet 4 times and with slightly longer sessions.
Course handbook and CD’s/memory stick or downloads are included.
This is your opportunity to increase your mental and emotional resilience in a kind and gentle way. The course combines meditation practice, teaching with up to the minute
understanding of how our bodies and brains work closely together and how we can help ourselves in this busy frantic world.
